With its standard 530x325mm size and 200mm depth, the tray fits into suitably-sized GN compatible ovens, buffet stations, fridges or blast chillers, reliably keeping your food safely in place whether it's being cooked, warmed, chilled or frozen.

The warp-resistant heavy duty construction is designed specifically for the most demanding kitchens. With reinforced corners and premium 304 stainless steel, the Vogue gastronorm tray is made to perform - even during rapid temperature changes. And thanks to its overhanging rim, it's easy to move the tray between stations to save time. It's also dishwasher safe - perfect for saving even more time if you've got the capacity for a gastronorm tray this size.
