This means it's really easy to cook up satisfying meat and veggie dishes, as well as breakfast favourites like eggs and pancakes. Just pop this griddle tray on your stovetop (it's just the right size to fit across two hobs), then fire up the heat and cook. Its stainless steel base means you can use it with all hobs, including induction. It's even oven and BBQ safe. A dual-fryer design means you can sear on one side and fry on the other. The ridged side is ideal for searing meat, fish and poultry, while the flat side is perfect for eggs, bacon and American-style pancakes.

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!
