The photo of the tables was clear, showing the shape and style and also how the table folded for storage. Really helpful. The delivery of the first (sample) table arrived promptly. The remaining 9 tables was less smooth, as driver found our house difficult to locate. But all ended well and we love the tables!

Bad communication
Still not money received. Order placed on the 17/02/2026. Apparently refund processed but money never received. Very bad customer service. Email sent no reply. Will have to go through the bank to claim the money back. Stay well away from this company.

No response to a damaged counter, two emails sent with pictures.

We Placed an order Friday 13th Feb .. 3 door fridge .. I had to chase delivery we were informed fri18th Feb .. then informed the fridge I paid for not in stock .. we were offered a replacement. .. 10 days later I report frifge faulty & told we are only covered for parts . Contacted our own engineer to investigate & the main control box is in Chinese .. our engineers only understand English . Contacted CanMac … no success .. do not purchase anything from this company

Cannas - Delivery was terrible, with no contact from them regarding the delivery or any updates. I ordered the item on 22/01/26, and it was only delivered on 03/02/26. I kept constantly chasing them for an update.

Bought this for a thermobil AT500 as the bladed fan too noisy so fitted this with a speed controller and is very quiet now

I didnt recieve sliding doors like stated and wanted. Ive emailed 3 times waiting to see what happening as ypu offered discount and nit had anymore corrospondance from that email

We’ve had a problem with the courier service. I called up and explained the situation and they were very helpful and dealt with my issue immediately and the very next two days I received my parcel.

Very good quality

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
