This versatile and robust twin fryer by Blue Seal is made from stainless steel which lasts long and is easy to clean, with a front rail to protect the operator and controls. Featuring a vitreous enamel control panel, with heavy-duty large capacity wire baskets and rugged basket hanger, there is also a full 1" drain valve and lift out elements for easy clean down.
31kg/hr output is ideal for high-demand services
Powerful, 17kW heating element provides accurate temperature control from 60°C to 200°C
2 x 12Ltr frying baskets are able to fry large batches of food at once
Stainless steel body provides excellent durability whilst making the fryer easy to clean
