The Interlevin CAR1250 commercial fridge is a great storage fridge for cafes, professional kitchens, restaurants, and supermarkets. The range comes with an interior light and adjustable spilt level shelving.  The door comes with a self-closing system and a stay open option for stocking. The door gaskets can be replaced and the doors are also lockable.  The digital controller coupled with the intelligent fan-assisted cooling system maintains the cabinet’s temperature to a level you desire. This commercial fridge accepts 2/1 Gastronorm shelves/pans (not included). Well thought out and well constructed this unit is a great buy.
