The GVC33-200-SS refrigerated topping shelf is built to accommodate 1/4 gastronorm pans of up to 150mm in depth. It has enough space for 10 of these pans which is ample for a wide range of your most used toppings, fillings and sides. The preservation and freshness of ingredients is one of the main features that this unit provides.

This way, you can run a full day’s operation without worrying about the quality of your food. There is a digital controller and temperature display that keeps you apprised of any and all temperature changes within the cabinet. With it, you will have better control on the conditions in which stock you put inside the unit is subjected to.
