This Giorik electric counter top electric convection oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact size oven, it will take 1/1gn and 400 x 600mm trays making it ideal for "Bake off" use. Fitted with a smoked glass front it looks good in any front of house application.

  • Holds 3 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm trays at 75mm shelf centres




  • Easy to use analogue controls




  • Fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
  • Fitted with 2 speed cooking fan and adjustable humidity control




  • Stainless steel oven chamber with radiused corner for easy cleaning




  • Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.




  • Drop down oven door with cool touch exterior glass �- smoked glass front




  • Inner glass panel is hinged to allow easy cleaning of both sides




  • Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minute timer with audible alarm




  • Halogen Interior light




  • Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 280'C
