The Parry NPSPF9 single pedestal fryer is a fantastic quality freestanding fryer, perfect for use in busy catering establishments such as schools, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The large 9 litre tank allows for a frying capacity of 42kg of chips every hour, although the deep fryer is ideal for other fried foods such as chicken, doughnuts or fish. Powerful and reliable, the fryer is made from stainless steel and features a hinged door which allows easy access to the drain valve.
