By efficiently removing limescale stains from up to 3000 pieces of washed cutlery per hour, this machine saves on personnel costs and begins to quickly make back its investment thanks to the large amount of time it saves in place of manual drying and polishing. A built in UVC ray lamp sterilises all processed cutlery to produce the fresh and hygienic results that are expected in any catering environment. Perfectly polished cutlery every time.
