This countertop unit is great for sealing food items into plastic bags for sous vide cooking or storing in the chiller / freezer. Improves the durability of cooked or raw food, with no loss of weight. Ideal for restaurants, grocery stores, delis, cafes etc. The body of the vacuum sealer is made from sturdy and easy to clean stainless steel, whilst the lid is made from robust perspex glass, making it easy to monitor the progress of the sealing. The SV-308T comes fitted with a 8m³/hr pump, along with a cordless single sealing bar & an intuitive digital keyboard for ease of use.
