The large single tank and versatile twin basket configuration helps the caterer to fry large quantities of food at once, whether it's fish, chips, doughnuts or vegetables, whilst the precise thermostat control helps to regulate the temperature for perfect results every time. The Falcon deep fryer also features a sediment collection zone within the tank to help extend the lifespan of the oil - saving both oil and running costs.
