Fitting six 600x400mm baking trays, the increased rack spacing allows the circulating airflow to create perfect uniformity across the rack. You get an even and consistent bake, from beautifully crusty breads to perfectly baked products - and from frozen to even delicately baked desserts.

The 2-door pass-through design helps to save time, improve kitchen efficiency and reduce potential contamination. It also functions as a great eyecatcher to provoke impulse purchases.

Control is designed to be highly user friendly. Smart phone connectivity, alongside the SmartBaker Automatic system allows users to achieve fantastic results with minimal training.
