Perfect for meats, vegetables, fish, burgers, chicken, ribs, and more, the cabinet provides plenty of capacity to hold up to six full-size (1/1 GN) gastronorm trays of food for extended periods.

An internal fan and water pan helps to maintain humidity, preventing the contents from drying out.
