Designed specifically for use alongside the Rieber K-Pot, the 1/1GN 40mm deep sized Rieber Coated Thermoplate helps to improve cooking performance and efficiency in comparison to traditional stainless steel gastronorm trays. Made from an innovative 2.6mm Swiss-Ply multi-layer material with a non-stick coating, the Thermoplate has improved heat and cold conductivity, allowing cooking up to ten times faster than stainless steel. The thermoplate is suitable for all appliances and cooking surfaces except gas. Hygienic, food safe, odourless and antibacterial - a superb cooking container for everyday professional use.
Aluminium core inside for up to 10 times better conductivity (cold/hot) compared to pure stainless steel
Excellent non-stick effect, high-quality coating (POF & PFOA free)

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
