Perfect for front of house cooking, the Varitek has an integrated "air cleaning system", which pulls grease, odour and other pollutants into a filter system, allowing you to concentrate on the cooking.

The gantry offers perfect hygienic protection and a practical work surface and transfer area on the stainless steel shelf with an integrated LED light strip and is easily accessible from the top for assembly or electrical work. A variety of varithek cooking modules can be flexibly inserted centrally in the recessed installation niche (sold separately) Digital control and reliable multi layer filter system, consisting of a grease, odour and pollutant filter 4-level extraction power, HEPA filter & activated carbon filter Side walls, splash guard, filter, fan and collection components can be removed without tools Safe to move with 4 swivel castors & locking brakes Cable Length 2000mm Can fit 3 Varithek cooking modules (400 directly, 1/1 in combination with AST System modules (JB174)) You can check the Specification tab for more details.

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Lovely coffee machine

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
