Inside, the cart can accommodate up to 15 double-size (2/1GN) gastronorm trays (up to 65mm deep), making it excellent for holding large volumes of food. The interior is thermally insulated, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce running costs, and keep heat-up times down. The door is part glazed, allowing you to monitor cooking progress.

On the outside, the 507452AS features a water-resistant digital control panel, as well as easy-clean stainless steel construction and sturdy castors. Perfect for positioning the unit where required. As a handy extra, the corner bumpers help to prevent damage to the unit and walls during transportation.
