Inside, the cart can accommodate up to 20 double-size (2/1GN) gastronorm trays (up to 65mm deep), making it excellent for holding large volumes of food. The interior and door are thermally insulated, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce running costs, and keep heat-up times down.

On the outside, the 507481AS features a water-resistant digital control panel, as well as easy-clean stainless steel construction and sturdy castors. Perfect for positioning the unit where required. As a handy extra, the corner bumpers help to prevent damage to the unit and walls during transportation.
