The hot cupboard itself uses fan assisted heating to evenly distribute heat around the interior. This way, food is kept at consistent temperatures no matter where it is positioned in the cupboard. Even when the removable sliding doors are being regularly opened, the fan assisted heating ensures temperatures are maintained. Whether you're storing plated meals or full trays of food, the hot cupboard section is tremendously versatile.

On top, the bain marie glass offers an easy-access hot holding area which can accommodate gastronorm trays, whilst the overhead gantry adds further heating, as well as a convenient curved glass sneeze screen for hygiene. The GHBM3 also includes drop-down trayslides, making it ideal for self-service or assisted service areas.
