Its heavy duty construction uses a three-layer composition of stainless steel and aluminium, which guarantees superb heat distribution across the entire pan. This prevents hotspots and ensures consistent results, while the two-coat British non-stick interior helps to prevent food from catching, making cleaning a quicker process.

Designed for versatility, the Samuel Groves Frying pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. It includes a toughened glass lid with a steam vent, which helps to retain heat and saves energy, while also allowing you to monitor food as it cooks. For improved safety, the hollow handle is designed to reduce the transfer of heat from the pan body during use on the stovetop. Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!
