Made in the UK, the Lincat GS6/TFR features an impressive 12mm thick machined steel ribbed plate, with a cooking width of over 560mm. This not only gives you plenty of space to cook large quantities of food, it also means there's two cooking zones. With independent controls for each zone, you can either maximise your productivity or have different foods cooking at different temperatures, all on the same griddle surface - a great feature during a busy breakfast service.
