The Maidaid Evolution 3135 WS is a heavy-duty commercial pass-through dishwasher designed for professional kitchens, restaurants, pubs, hotels, catering establishments, schools and other high-volume applications.
It features an integrated continuous water softener, powerful boiler, drain pump and break tank. The machine uses a 500 × 500 mm rack and has a maximum usable loading height of 440 mm.
