The Middleby Marshall PS640 WOW! conveyor oven is ideal for any express location looking to increase their throughput whilst saving time and energy in the process. Where WOW! ovens differ from traditional conveyor ovens is with the use of hot air impingement. This forced hot air cooking process results in both the perfectly melted cheese and a crisp tasty crust. Along side this the Middleby Marshall WOW! oven has safety and comfort in mind. Fully constructed from high grade stainless steel and featuring a Cool Skin safety features - Meaning the exterior of the oven chamber never reaches over 120°F (49°C), ensuring safe operation in a busy takeaway or kitchen along with a more comfortable environment for staff.

With more and more appliances opting for greener solutions in a bid to save both energy and the environment, the WOW! Ovens are no different. The patented energy management system (EMS) works to automatically reduce energy consumption while the oven is not in use. So if you've a lull in service, the oven will in effect sit in a standby low power mode - but as soon as any tray or pizza is placed on the belt, You'll be back up to power and ready to cook in 3 seconds.
