These Stylish Moretti Forni Stacked ovens are designed for Operators wanting the flexibilty of convection oven cooking and traditional deck oven cooking.  These ovens can be designed to your own requirements - two deck ovens siting under a 5 rack convection oven, open stand, prover stand or prover base with humidity control.
