The Rational iCombi Pro 1011GN combi oven offers a wide range of self-cooking and combi oven modes for different foods and cooking styles so is ideal for high-output restaurants and food services. Fully gastronorm compatible, the oven can accommodate up to ten 1/1 pans making it perfect for quick transfer between appliances and produce between 80 to 150 meals per day.
The iDensityControl system controls the climate ensuring you get perfect results every time and miminise energy consumption whilst the iCookingSuite offers the flexiblility to achieve reproducible high quality food again and again. When it comes to cleaning the oven, the clever iCareSytem regularly moniters dirt build up and proposes the ideal cleaning set up and chemicals required at the appropriate time.

Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Lovely coffee machine

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
