Advertising items out of stock, try to organise a delivery date a nightmare, when finally delivery the item was damaged.

Not good service. The product you sent is not working and you even want help to short out try to contact many time no response please stop fooling people I have earned my money by working soo hard and wasted by trusting your website.

Item has been sent faulty and company wants us to return at our own cost or call out an engineer at our cost to look at the item to see what the fault is

The cupboard itself is OK although the sliding doors are flimsy and there is nothing to keep them in line when closed so they move forwards and backwards. The steel feels quite flimsy. The cupboard is covered in sticky white plastic - although this protects the surfaces in transit, it is a nightmare to remove because the plastic extends into every groove and joint. The 1st cupboard arrived damaged with no notification that it was on its way. It was sheer luck I was in and therefore able to refuse delivery of the wrecked package. It then took me 3 weeks, dozens of phone calls and emails plus threats of reporting and requests for a refund to finally get a replacement. The worst purchase experience I have ever had. Despite all that, I was glad to find an easy to maintain storage solution in this size. Tips on how to remove all the the little bits of sticky covering in the seams would be welcome.

I’ve cancelled the order after only 2 hours but based on their policy they will charge 25% of the total order. The reason is because they buy items from other companies so they don’t hold stock

Very fast delivery and helpful communication. You get what you paid for. Come with a small damage on the copper surface sheet. First barbecue try to used four charcoal bags and the temperature nearly melted the silicone around chimney. Smoke started coming out from the joint. When I reduced the amount of charcoal it stop smoking out from the joint. This detail could be better made.
