This Sagi DF51 5 tray undercounter blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to sit under a standard worktop and to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.





Features:







  • Capacity - Will accept 5 x 1/1gn trays 




  • Finish - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior - no worktop fitted




  • Digital controls - easy use one touch operation 




  • Cooling capacity - 20kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes - 12kg in freeze mode max time of 240 minutes




  • Fitted with core temperature probe - automatically senses the reached temperature and switches the unit over into a storage fridge/freezer




  • Coated evaporator prevents corrosion




  • Cleaning - Hinged fan cover panel for easy access to the evaporator and fans




  • Radiused corners - allows easy cleaning of the cabinet interior




  • Field reversible door




  • Magnetic door seal - easily replaceable








  • Warranty - 5 year compressor warranty, with 2 years parts and labour (excluding door seals) - subject to regular maintenance agreements in place

    Very fast delivery and helpful communication. You get what you paid for. Come with a small damage on the copper surface sheet. First barbecue try to used four charcoal bags and the temperature nearly melted the silicone around chimney. Smoke started coming out from the joint. When I reduced the amount of charcoal it stop smoking out from the joint. This detail could be better made.
