Faulty Grill and Poor Customer Service.

I purchased a grill from your company, Chargrill - BBQ - 2 Burner - Gas - Self Standing - Stainless Steel - 600x400mm × 1

and it arrived with a very low flame that makes it unusable. I've contacted your support team multiple times, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Because of this, I’ve been unable to open my business as planned—this has caused serious delays and financial loss. I expected better service and faster resolution.

I need this resolved immediately, either with a replacement or proper repair. Very disappointed with the experience so far.

Not really suitable for domestic use as the fans are a lot louder than expected. Would return if possible.

I ordered bbq skewers from Canmac Catering. The skewers are of very good quality. From order to delivery all steps were dealt with high professionalism. 👍🏻

Ordered a display fridge...good price...delivery confirmed within two days. Delivery day arrived...no show, next day...no show. Eventually turned up a week later. Comms with Canmac were a bit intermittent but they apparently have no dialogue with their chosen delivery company. Absolutely zero comms from delivery company. If you're able to wait in for days on end, then go ahead. Otherwise perhaps look elsewhere. I would strongly encourage Canmac to change their delivery company to one that operates in the 21st century rather than the 19th!
